UBER GLOBAL HQ
As the owner’s representative, Bradac Co collaborated with more than a dozen internal stakeholders to fulfill Uber’s goals for this complex, multipart, multiphase project to house thousands of employees.

BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE
Bradac Co managed the build-out of specialty retailer Blue Bottle Coffee’s café in Old Town Los Gatos. The small space in a historic neighborhood was designed to maximize comfort and flow.

GOODWATER CAPITAL
Bradac Co managed tenant improvements for the new offices of Goodwater Capital. Goodwater Capital was founded in 2014 and manages nearly $400 million across two venture capital funds.

KAISER FAMILY FOUNDATION
Bradac Co managed this tenant improvement project for the newly-relocated headquarters of the Kaiser Family Foundation, the leading health policy organization in the US.

UBER UPTOWN STATION
Bradac Co was an integral part of the team evaluating expansion options for Uber, ultimately leading to the selection of Uptown Station in Oakland.

LAVA MAE OFFICES
Bradac Co and team members donated their time, expertise and materials to help nonprofit organization Lava Mae build their first office in San Francisco.

Phased design and construction of eighteen floors in a downtown San Francisco high-rise office building on Market Street to accommodate over 1,500 employees.
