RECENT PROJECTS

UBER GLOBAL HQ

As the owner’s representative, Bradac Co collaborated with more than a dozen internal stakeholders to fulfill Uber’s goals for this complex, multipart, multiphase project to house thousands of employees.
      

THE KELSEY CIVIC CENTER DISABILITY CULTURAL CENTER

Located directly across from San Francisco City Hall, the Disability Cultural Center (DCC) will occupy ground level space in The Kelsey Civic Center, as part of a vibrant urban community.

VAXART

Bradac Co managed Vaxart’s renovation and tenant improvements of multiple lab and office spaces as the biotech company grew their campus to four locations in South San Francisco.

BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE

Bradac Co managed the build-out of specialty retailer Blue Bottle Coffee’s café in Old Town Los Altos. The small space was designed to maximize comfort and flow while utilizing thoughtful architectural elements.

PIER 70

Bradac Co served as the construction manager for the transformation of four former industrial buildings at Pier 70 in San Francisco, converting them into the West Coast headquarters for an innovative technology tenant,

VIVALON

Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Campus serves as a central hub for Marin’s older adults. Bradac Co served as construction manager for tenant improvements on the lower two floors including medical offices, community rooms, cafe, computer center and library.

KAISER FAMILY FOUNDATION

Bradac Co managed this tenant improvement project for the newly-relocated San Francisco headquarters of the Kaiser Family Foundation, the nation’s leading health policy organization.

UBER UPTOWN STATION

Bradac Co was an integral part of the team evaluating expansion options that ultimately led to Uber selecting Uptown Station in Oakland.
