Amy Bradac, the founder and leader of Bradac Co, has been included in GlobeSt.com’s Women of Influence 2024 list. This recognition highlights Amy’s significant contributions to the construction industry and her dedication to inspiring the next generation of women in real estate and construction.

A Lifelong Passion for Building

Amy’s journey began with a childhood dream of becoming an architect, and it has evolved into a distinguished career in construction management. In 2013, she founded Bradac Co, a full-service construction project management firm, starting as a one-person operation and growing it into a boutique firm that handles a wide range of projects—from small retail spaces to expansive technology campuses.

Before launching her own company, Amy gained invaluable experience working for a Bay Area construction firm. This background gave her a unique perspective on facilitating communication and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Today, as an owner’s representative, Amy’s deep understanding of architecture, construction, and project management allows her to foster collaboration between clients and design/build teams, ensuring successful outcomes.

Leading by Example

Under Amy’s leadership, Bradac Co has managed over one million square feet of new construction, seismic retrofits, historic preservation, and tenant improvements, with projects valued at more than $1 billion. Her firm has also been trusted to oversee remodels for high-profile Bay Area technology companies and nonprofit organizations. Recently, Amy led the successful completion of tenant improvements for Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Campus in San Rafael, California, a project that included medical offices, community rooms, a café, a computer center, and a library.

Inspiring the Future

Amy’s inclusion in GlobeSt.com’s Women of Influence list is not only a testament to her professional achievements but also to her commitment to inspiring future generations. “For all kids, but especially girls and young women, it’s important to see people who look like them in various careers,” she says. Her recognition serves as an inspiration to young women considering careers in real estate and construction.

As she reflects on the diverse roles represented by this year’s honorees, Amy is excited to share their stories and hopes they will spark the imaginations of future leaders in the industry.
