ABOUT THE PROJECT

Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Campus serves as a central hub for Marin’s older adults and their families. The newly-constructed 6-story building provides 66 studio and one-bedroom homes, wrap-around healthcare services, accessible transportation, and a myriad of programs designed to improve human connectedness.

Bradac Co served as construction manager for tenant improvements on the lower two floors including medical offices, community rooms, cafe, computer center and library.
